SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $70 AUD. For orders under $70, standard Australia Post rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. You can also upgrade to express shipping at checkout by paying the difference.

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Delivery timeframes are based on your chosen Australia Post method and your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post. International shipping isn't available yet, watch this space.

RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that's not okay and we want to make it right. Email us at hello@petrichorsweat.com with your order details and a description of the problem, and we'll sort it out for you.

For all other returns or exchanges, get in touch at the same address. We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
